Lying Shoulder Set Print E-mail

Lying face down on the ground place a rolled up towel under your forehead. 

Relax your shoulders and place your arms (fully extended) beside your body palms facing up.

Keeping your shoulders down draw your shoulder blades together, as though you're trying to squeeze a pencil between your shoulder blades.

Hold the contraction for 6-10 seconds, relax and repeat the sequence once more.
