Lie on the floor, flat on your back.

Gently draw up your pelvic floor and draw your belly button towards your spinal column.

Keeping your legs straight raise one leg straight up above your hips supporting it with your hands grasping behind the knee.

Keeping the leg relatively straight pull the leg upright to the point where you feel a gentle stretching sensation through the back of the leg. Hold at this point for 20-30 seconds, relax and repeat on the opposite leg.

Repeat as directed.
