| The average Aussie moves between 3000 – 4000 steps a day! Women in particular don’t want to go walking the streets after dark. Understandably, this can be dangerous so enlist a friend or two to join you for the walks. There is definitely strength in numbers. It is also a big motivator to get you out the door. |
