| Health Tip - Next time you feel hungry, rate the feeling. Are you mildly hungry, very hungry or ravenous? Give these feelings a rating from 1 to 10. If you are 4 or less maybe hold off a while till you are a 7 or 8 rating. Don’t ever get to a 9 or 10 or you will overeat. Controlling food volume is important in health & weight loss. |
