| Exercise doesn’t have to “hurt” to be good for you. Find ways to bring movement into your day. The trick is to look for simple ways to add extra movement like parking the car at the end of the car-park and walking to the exit, taking the stairs not the lift, walking the kids to school or parking a block from a meeting you’re attending. |
